Over the last 2 years, we have found Anthony Escobar, of Escobar Holdings, to be the most responsive, dedicated, and diligent property manager that we have ever had. His responsiveness and communication has been consistent and can be relied on 24/7. In the past, we used larger property management companies, but did not get the white glove service that we feel we get from Anthony. He doesn't treat his clients like just another number. We had also asked the larger companies to list our property on multiple sites, other than Airbnb, and were told it would not help to increase our rental frequency. Since taking over the property, Anthony has listed us on numerous sites and we have seen a 30% increase in rental frequency and rates. We can't say enough about the cleanliness and thorough attention to detail that we get from the excellent cleaning crew that Anthony utilizes. Every time we visit our house, it is staged perfectly every time with everything in its place. If we ask Anthony or the cleaning crew for a special request, like setting out coffee pods for guests or receiving a shipped package, it's handled professionally and normally without an extra charge. We get all of this great service at an extremely competitive rate for the market. After using several property managers previously, we are grateful to have found Anthony and recommend him and his team to manage your property.
